Apparently, my friend (a recent addition to our room buddies for GenCon) told me about this and I hooked up through the actual Game Control.  The game is set for the 1960's where the Cold War starts to gain steam and importance.  They just ended the campaign and it looks like they are start a new campaign with new characters.
